Day 9: Kale, it’s what’s for dinner

Dinner: strange as the combination may seem it was quite delicious.

Against the Grain GF cheese pizza with sautéed kale (fresh garlic, red onion, orange & green bell peppers) and fresh watermelon chunks.

So far the only veggie that perished without use was our bok choy. It’s too bad because we really like bok choy.  New farm box tomorrow – anyone have any interesting recipes?

  1. I like to put kale in a health drink. I grew some earlier this year but the bugs massacred it. All in all though I was pretty pleased with my little attempt at growing veg. I must get back to my health drinks. Thanx erin.
